As a lawyer and specialist for employment law I give legal advice primarily on corporate law, ensuring the necessary legal certainty of the business and risk competence of the entire organisation in the areas of employment law, contract law, and company and commercial law. in doing so I consider the opportunities and risks from the company perspective. In all areas, the it is not producing written documents (for example expert opinions) that is most important, but the solution which can be implemented pragmatically and cost-effectively.
The goal is always to ensure the requisite legal certainty and minimisation of risk for the business.
